Shipping/ Membership Policy
Once an order is received and payment is confirmed, the product will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days and delivered 5 to 7 working days from the shipping date.
Production, shipping, and delivery times will be affected by any lockdown/containment/quarantine regulations in the city and country.
Shipping is by standard delivery and this is the only delivery speed we offer at this time.
Indian Postal Service is our shipping partner and delivery times can vary depending on the pin code and COVID containment regulations. Delays are to be expected.
Cancellation Policy
Order can be cancelled within 5 working days of purchase confirmation.
If the cancellation request is received before the product is shipped, the order will be cancelled and a 100% refund will be processed.
If the product is already shipped and you wish to cancel the order, you will need to process a return as per the return policy.
No specific reason is required to cancel an order. However, it will help us exceedingly, to better our customer service experience, if you express your reasons for cancellation

Return Policy
The product can be returned within and up to 7 working days after receipt.
Shipping charges for return will be borne by the customer.
No return requests will be accepted after 7 working days of product receipt by the customer.
The product should be in an undamaged condition to accept returns. For returns of the product in undamaged condition, 90% of the amount will be refunded.
If the product is damaged in any way, the refund percentage will be lower based on the condition of the product.
The final decision on the extent of damage rests with the company. No specific reason is required to return a product. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed 7-10 working days from the confirmation of request. The conditions are as below. For cancellation requests received before the product is shipped – 100% refund. For return requests successfully processed and product received by the company in undamaged condition – 90% refund. For return requests successfully processed and product received by the company in various conditions of damage – variable % refund
The final decision on the extent of damage rests with the company.
Refunds will be processed in the same payment mode that was used in the original purchase.
